What is Identity Matrix?

Identity Matrix Pulse is a tool that de-anonymizes website traffic, while Reveal shows you contact information for any lead in the U.S.

What is the CCPA?

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is a state law that grants California residents comprehensive rights over their personal data. Enacted in 2018, it allows consumers to know what personal information businesses collect about them, request deletion of their data, and opt out of the sale of their information.

The CCPA also imposes strict data transparency and accountability requirements on businesses, including mandatory privacy disclosures and the obligation to provide equal service and pricing to consumers who exercise their privacy rights. Enforcement of the CCPA is carried out by the California Attorney General, with provisions for significant fines and penalties for non-compliance.

Where does the data come from?

The platform is compliant with all laws and regulations, as we only collect data on opted-in individuals captured through one of the following sources:

  1. Public databases

  2. Ad networks

  3. Email service providers

  4. Partner networks

Each person has accepted and opted into partner marketing.

Using Identity Matrix

Identity Matrix provides compliant data for use in sales, marketing, operations, and more. However, it is worth noting that your internal strategies can't break compliance in how the data is used. You are not able to:

  1. Robo-dial leads

  2. SMS without explicit consent

Disclaimer

While Identity Matrix does comply with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning privacy, consult your attorney for internal compliance with the data provided.
